This stainless steel powder, 17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. It is used for the manufacturing of shafts and other parts that are needed to power steam turbines. Particle sizes: 0-45mm, 0-53mm, 15-40mm, 15-20-53mm, 10-15-53mm, 30-45mm, 40-105mm. Use: 3D Printing.

About Stainless Steel Powder.

The powder's properties include low oxygen levels and uniform size distribution. This makes powder very valuable in powder metalurgisty as well as 3D printing.

Use in Process: The powder can be used for the following: DLD (laser-direct deposition), DLD(laser laser beam additive manufacturing), DLD [laser directly deposition], HIP (powder high isostatic pressing), Metal injection molding(MIM), and many other.

Equipment.Powder is compatible with several 3D printers that are made of metal like Renishaw, EOSINT M Series (Germany), and Concept Laser. You can use it by companies, laser melting equipment, as well as research centres and companies within the United States. It is used in the research and development for select laser melting devices like Platinum, Huaying hitech, and others.

Iron Powder: Metal powders based on iron have been used in 3D printing thin-walled devices and parts with complex designs, as well as laser cladding and thermal spray.
