Produced?
The invention is related to a nano-silver preparation method, in which the weight-to-part ratio of the raw materials are AgNO3, reducing agent, Gellan glue, auxiliary agent and surfactant=0.8 1.2:0.8:0.8:0.5 1.8:1.8:2.8:3.2. Preparation: prepare the aqueous AgNO3 solution and the reducing agent for standby. Mix Gellan Gellan and NaCl/sugar according to weight/part ratios of Gellan: Sugar/NaCl =1:9-11. Put it in the reactor of the high shear dispersion, emulsifier, add water and heat it up to 5070, then rotate it at a speed of 500700rpm/min. Stir to prepare mixed A solution. Add the auxiliary, stir and continue mixing; the surfactant is dissolved in hot, filtered water and added to the reactor. Stirring and mixing at a 500700rpm/min speed was continued. The AgNO3 solution in water and the reducing agents were pumped to the reactor. Rotating speed was increased up to 2000-3000rpm/min. After continuous stirring, a nanometer-sized silver solution with particle sizes of 3-60 nm could be prepared.
