About metal alloy 17g/cm3 Tungsten nickel iron bar Tungsten alloy bar: Tungsten is known for its high sintering densities, strength, and plasticity as well as certain ferromagnetism. This alloy has excellent g-ray and X-ray absorption capabilities, high plasticity, machinability and thermal conductivity.

Properties:
High radiation exposure, excellent performance, and low thermal expansion.

Applications:
Tungstennickel-iron is the most widely-used tungsten heavy alloy. General applications such as radiation shielding devices, counterweights and other counterweights use sintered alloys. But for high mechanical properties applications, tungsten–nickel-iron alloys need deformation processing and heat treating to obtain strengthening.
1. Tungsten, nickel-iron and other alloys are used most commonly in the manufacturing of gyroscopes, spacecraft and guide devices.
2. Machine manufacturing equipment, including boring bars, boring bar, and tool holders for die casting;
3. Conventional weapons: armor-piercing bullet cores, rivet heads, and electrical product switch contacts;
4. Additionally, radiation shielding components can also be made from it.
