In the building materials industry, MPEG as a cement water reducing agent, strengthening agent of raw materials, can be used in the field of mixing and long-distance transportation of high performance, high strength (C60 above) commodity coagulation.
MPEG is used as a thickener and lubricant in the textile printing and dyeing industry and daily chemical industry. MPEG-200 has a low freezing point and can be used as an anti-freezing agent in many oil products. MPEG-350, MPEG-550, MPEG-750, MPEG-1500 are widely used in the cosmetics, skin-care industry, as cream, ointment, paste stick class of matrix and viscosity regulator, and can play a thickening effect. MPEG-2000 reacts with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid to prepare MPEG (methyl) acrylate, which is the main macromolecular monomer for producing carboxylic acid high-efficiency cement water reducing agent. The polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency cement water-reducing agent synthesized with this raw material has the ability to maintain the dispersion of cement particles.
The product has the advantages of low dosage, high water reduction rate, good enhancement effect, durability, no rust reinforcement and environmental friendliness.
