Product Performance of Penetrating agent JFC-U:
Its washing power is best at 40 and can be used in the formulation of room temperature detergent. When used as an emulsifier, the amount is 10% by weight of the emulsified oil.
It can be treated at a low temperature to avoid white stains on the fabric. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5 g/l. Used as a dispersant in the dyeing bath of dispersing reductive dyes, the dosage of 0.1-0.5 g/l is appropriate. Used for acrylic fiber dyeing pretreatment, washing oil stains, treatment temperature 50, penetration agent JFC dosage 0.8-1 g/l. Used for high pressure ~ bath dyeing process of nitrile wool blended fabric, the general dosage is about 0.5%.

JFC-U is used in sizing, desizing, cooking, bleaching, carbonization and chlorination processes, and can be used as a dyeing bath and finishing bath penetration agent, as well as leather coating penetration agent.
JFC-U is mainly used as an immersion agent in the leather industry, which can significantly reduce the surface tension, thus promoting the infiltration of various materials to the leather fiber, speeding up the process and improving the process effect.
JFC-U can also be used in various processes of leather making process to promote infiltration of leather and related chemicals.
JFC-U has no affinity to leather fiber and can be mixed with various surfactants, so it is easy to clean.
JFC-U has a good emulsifying ability and can be used for leather degreasing. Used for enzymatic depilation and softening of fur, it has the functions of osmosis, degreasing and descaling.
