Production methods Polyoxyethylene castor Oil :
Stir solid potassium chloride equal to 0.3% castor oils into the reactor. Heat until KOH is dissolved, replace air in reactor with N2, then inject ethyleneoxide into reactor. The reaction temperature should be maintained between 160180 and the pressure at 0.150.2MPa. To cool the material, it is transferred into the bleaching kettle. Acetic acid is used to adjust the pH slightly, and 0.1% of hydrogen peroxide for decolorization is added. After 70 cycles of heat preservation, maintain 0.5h for five hours and cool the material by decompression.

L-20 and HEL-20 may be used for acrylic fiber spinning, as well as as a weaving oil to make the sizing smooth and soft. Also, they can be used as diffusers and wetting agent. HEL-20 also has low coking characteristics at high temperature. El-40, an oil-in water emulsifier is used to make wool oil for the textile industry. It is good at antistatic properties, and it can be used in combination with other antistatics. It is used as an antistatic agent in pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. El-80 has antistatic and emulsifying properties and can be added to acrylic fiber, PVA, polypropylene, and other chemical fibre oil agents. It can also be used as the emulsifier in emulsion polymerization, or as a wool oil emulsifier. It is widely used in textile dyeing, printing, paint, ink and other industries. But it can also be used to emulsify a variety oil.
